When our client Everyone Active decided to host an event to help celebrate 125 years of school swimming lessons we were on hand to develop an overall design concept for the theme and produce a range of marketing materials.
The event, staged at Everyone Active's St Albans Leisure Centre, was attended by swimming legends Rebecca Adlington, Mark Foster and Steve Parry as well as sports minister Tracey Crouch and local schoolchildren.
It was a huge success, as were the promotional items we created. From initial invitations through to site banners and theming and from presentation folders to certificates for attendees, the event had real visual impact.
It was an exciting project to be involved in particularly as there were very important messages to convey in terms of the importance of learning to swim at a young age.
We are looking forward to working with Everyone Active to continue to promote the importance of swimming.
The event got some great media coverage. You can find out more on the ASA website here: www.swimming.org/schoolswimming/asa-celebrates-school-swimming-anniversary/ also the Leicester Mercury kindly picked the story up for us www.leicestermercury.co.uk/Agency-helps-swimming-heroes-make-splash/story-28234005-detail/story.html
