Introducing our new team member.
The world may have slowed down, but we’ve continued to grow with the welcome addition of new team member Adam Lister. Adam joins us as a senior graphic designer and will be working with us on a number of exciting design and branding projects. He’ll be reporting to creative director Andy Rudkin.
Adam brings close to two decades of professional experience, originally starting in product and licenced graphic design in 2001. In more recent years his career has seen him work as an in-house graphic designer for a number of fast-paced commercial companies and creative agencies, which puts him in great shape for life with Creative62.
To date, Adam has achieved some impressive professional accolades. At the age of just 15 years old, he won an official competition for the National Lottery to design a scratch card. He won £5000 – that was a lot of pocket money. In 2000 he was awarded membership to the International Society of Typographic Designers, and his designs have won numerous awards for product design including the National Calendar Design Awards and a Disney Licenced Product Award.
So how does Adam feel about starting his new role in the middle of a global pandemic?
He tells us:
“It’s been weird – and tough at times – but everyone’s been really great and I already feel part of the team even though we’ve not been in the same working environment! I’m looking forward to working on some new and exciting projects.
My specific areas of expertise are illustration, brand development, typography and image manipulation, so it will be interesting to see how we can make full use of these skills for new and existing clients.”
Andy Rudkin adds:
“We’re really pleased to welcome Adam to the team and, despite the current challenges, he’s already making a valuable contribution to our scheduled projects. With such a strong background in product design, I’m especially excited to see what Adam brings to our clients in the product and manufacturing industry. We look forward to achieving great results together.”
Hopefully, you’ll be meeting Adam in person in the not too distant future. In the meantime, he looks forward to waving at you across the video screen. He’d love to learn more about your business to provide you with the best creative input possible.
